At X-CAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
